Entertainments LLC, you expressly agree to be bound by the following terms and
conditions and to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws
and regulations governing this web site.
If you break these Terms and Conditions, Sold Out Entertainments LLC reserves
the right to prevent your future use of this web site, cancel your order
request, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
Sold Out Entertainments LLC are a worldwide
brokers of event tickets. We specialize in obtaining hard to get tickets to sold
out events. Through our many sources we are able to get a wide variety of seats
to almost any event in any city. Due to these efforts and costs involved, all
seats are sold at above face value.
As event tickets are purchased in a free and
fluctuating Market, ticket prices are subject to change at any time. For
up-to-date, current prices, please call or consult our website.
1. All ticket prices are guaranteed at the time an order is placed, and
payment is received.
100% full payment must be received in order to
guarantee a ticket purchase except by the prior agreement of the management of
Sold Out Entertainments LLC.
A confirmation receipt will be issued upon full
payment.
Tickets are dispatched 3-5 days prior to each
event (subject to change). For a more accurate dispatch time please contact our
sales team nearer the time of the event. However in some instances tickets are
only issued between 12 hours and one (1) week before the event. Whilst every
effort is made to deliver the tickets to the appropriate address, there will be
on rare occasions situations beyond Sold Out Entertainments's control where it
will be necessary for a representative of Sold Out Entertainments to deliver the
tickets to the customer immediately prior to the event.
Tickets for some major sporting events or any other event may be
available for collection at the Sold Out Entertainments offices in the country
the sporting event is being held. The buyer will be informed of this at the time
of purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to collect tickets from that
office. Sold Out Entertainments LLC cannot be held responsible for the
non-collection for whatever reason.
2. We reserve the right to security check all
orders and may request that proof of your address is sent to us.
Sold Out Entertainments LLC reserves the right
to provide ticket upgrades at no extra cost to the client.
Accepted forms of payment are credit/debit card
only.
Tickets will be dispatched using Royal Mail
Special Delivery for UK and FedEx or DHL International Couriers for overseas
deliveries. Should a delivery window not be available local ticket collection
points will be allocated for all games.
Sold Out Entertainments LLC will not be
responsible for event postponements or event cancellations of any kind. This
includes changes in event date, event time, venue change and weather conditions.
ALL TICKETS PURCHASED ARE FINAL!!
Because Sold Out Entertainments LLC source
tickets for sold out events there will be occasions when the specific location
of the ticket is not available, on this rare occasion a Partial Refund
will be issued for the difference between the ticket purchased and ticket
provided.
Sold Out Entertainments LLC is an independent,
privately owned company engaged in the service of finding and providing tickets
for admission to any event worldwide.
Sold Out Entertainments LLC is not affiliated
with any box office, football club, promoter or agency.
Payments for tickets will be accepted by Sold Out Entertainments with the credit card statement descriptor reading "Event Tickets 0870 803 1239". All payments will be taken in US Dollars and will be subject to the current exchange rates.
We endeavour to supply all group bookings in
seats together, where this service is unavailable Sold Out Entertainments LLC
cannot be held responsible.

3. Changes in Terms and Conditions
Sold Out Entertainments LLC, the owner and
operator of Sold Out Entertainments.com and affiliated websites, reserves the
right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Posting updated Terms
and Conditions on this site will make the new Terms and Conditions effective
immediately and binding on all users of this website without exception.
Therefore, please check this page of the website periodically for updates.
4. Safe Return Of Team Cards:
When purchasing Arsenal, West Ham Utd, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspurs, Fulham or Reading tickets from Soldoutentertainments.com you are expressly agreeing to return the team cards to us no later than 2 business days after you have attended the event. You are also agreeing that should the team cards not arrive back with us in good time to be dispatched to other clients for the following event, your credit/debit card used to purchase the tickets will be charged for the full amount of the all missed game(s). Please note that we would of course waiver this charge should the team cards of been posted in good time and that the delay in us receiving the cards back is a fault of the courier service, as special delivery envelopes are fully traceable online at all times.
Please Note.
In order to ensure the safe return of these team cards, you will need to visit a Post Office branch to send them back to us using our prepaid special delivery envelope. Posting the cards back to us via a post box will NOT guarantee their safe return.
5. The Contract
The provision of entertainment packages and
related hospitality services by Sold Out Entertainments LLC are expressly
conditioned upon the booking terms and conditions set forth below (also referred
to as the "contract"). Any terms and conditions proposed by you in
addition to, or in conflict with these booking terms and conditions are
expressly rejected by Sold Out Entertainments LLC.
1.
These Booking Terms and Conditions shall constitute a binding agreement and
contract between you, your company and Sold Out Entertainments LLC. You accept
the terms and conditions of this contract when you confirm the requirements of
your order in writing, by either a booking form, letter, email, purchase order
or facsimile.
2.
Sold Out Entertainments LLC is a registered company in the state of Delaware.
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard
to conflict of laws of principle. It shall be enforced exclusively in the
appropriate court and you specifically agree to accept such jurisdiction and
waive any objections to United States jurisdiction over you; if any provisions
or portion of a provision is held to be invalid, illegal or enforceable, such
provisions will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect
the intent of the parties, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the
remaining provisions shall not be effected or impaired in any way; if any legal
proceedings of any nature are brought by Sold Out Entertainments LLC. Because of
breach of or to enforce or interpret any of the terms of this contract, Sold Out
Entertainments LLC shall be able to recover from you its reasonable solicitor’s
fees and other associated costs; this contract, together with the description of
services provided by Sold Out Entertainments LLC. On its invoice, constitutes
the entire agreement between the parties and replaces and supersedes all
agreements, promises or understandings, whether written or oral, and cannot be
modified unless in writing and signed by the General Manager of Sold Out
Entertainments LLC.
3. CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PAY
If payment is not received within the time limits in clause 1 above; this will
be in breach of the contract by the client entitling Sold Out Entertainments LLC.
To treat the contract as at an end, and re-allocate the corporate hospitality
facilities, bookings and/or tickets without informing the client. In the case of
Sold Out Entertainments LLC. Treating the contract as at an end, Sold Out
Entertainments LLC shall be entitled to retain all sums already paid by the
client. The balance, if any, of the total booking cost shall become immediately
payable by the client to Sold Out Entertainments LLC. This is without prejudice
to Sold Out Entertainments LLC. Rights to claim damages from the client in
respect of any loss suffered by Sold Out Entertainments LLC.
4. CANCELLATIONS OR VARIATIONS BY THE
CLIENT
All Sales are final. Sold Out Entertainments LLC will purchase tickets on-behalf
of the customer. When an order is placed we will then make a financial outlay to
source the tickets. The request of the refund must be emailed to cs@soldoutentertainments.com.
We will view each case on its own personal merits. We normally only refund a
maximum of 50% of the price paid in special situations.
5. ALTERATIONS TO ADVERTISED PACKAGES
Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages and
events, but any package may be altered or omitted or dates changed for any cause
which Sold Out Entertainments LLC at its absolute discretion, shall consider to
be just and reasonable. Sold Out Entertainments LLC has the right to change the
prices in force at any time. When such price is more than advertised, the
difference must be paid before services are rendered. If Sold Out Entertainments
LLC increases the price; the client shall be entitled to cancel the booking by
giving written notice to be received by the Sold Out Entertainments LLC within
seven (7) days of the announcement of the change. In this event, the client
shall be entitled to a full refund of any invoice or part invoice paid. All
packages and bookings offered are subject to availability.
6. TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES
You agree to pay all sales tax or any other taxes, stamp duty fees or charges
payable by Sold Out Entertainments LLC relating to and/or in connection with the
supply of services pursuant to this agreement.
7. PAYMENT OF ADDITIONS OR EXTRAS FOR A
CLIENT
All accounts for services and goods provided at any event, which are not
included in the inclusive booking cost, are due for payment within seven (7)
days of the invoice date.
8. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
(a) Sold Out Entertainments LLC makes no warranties, and specifically disclaims
any liability for any services provided by third parties; you agree to waive any
liability against Sold Out Entertainments LLC for the actions, whether negligent
or intentional, of any third parties. Sold Out Entertainments LLC agrees to act
only as your agent and you agree to accept all liability associated with the
delivery or use of services or goods provided under this contract, you agree to
defend and indemnify Sold Out Entertainments LLC against any and all damages,
awards, penalties, or other liabilities of any nature whether the result of your
intentional acts of negligence, Sold Out Entertainments LLC negligence, or the
intentional acts or negligence of third party persons.
(b) In any event, Sold Out Entertainments LLC shall not be liable for death or
personal injury suffered by the client or their guests arising out of the
booking. The limitations of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage
sustained by property or belongings of the client or any guest or for further
costs, damages or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the
booking.
(c) Sold Out Entertainments LLC will not be liable for any cancellation of or
alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the client arising out of
circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to any act of God,
natural disaster or act of terrorism.
9. Once your tickets have been purchased
and your payment has been received in full, your tickets are covered by both our
ticket delivery, and also our ticket authenticity guarantees. These ticket
guarantees cover you for up to 150% of the original ticket price.
