Q1) What are the business hours maintained
for your UK & US offices?
A1) As Sold Out Entertainments
LLC mainly operate within the UK ticket market, our business hours for
both offices are between 10:00am – 17:00pm GMT (UK Time zone)
Q2) What currency will I be charged in?
A2) Our customers often ask us to convert our prices into their
local currency. In response to this, we offer a currency conversion tool that
helps you estimate what our prices are in your local currency.
Select a currency to convert our prices according to an approximate currency
value, based upon an average of today's market rate.
This currency conversion tool provides an estimate for your convenience only.
All of your credit/debit card transactions will be charged in United States Dollars. The final currency conversions that appear on your bank/credit
card statements are the sole responsibility of your bank or credit card issuer.
Q3) Can I collect my tickets instead of
having them mailed to me?
A3)
Sold Out Entertainments LLC are a mail order company only. We ship all tickets
via several secure, registered postal services. These include Fedex, DHL and
Royal Mail. All of our shipping methods provide proof of postage, online
tracking facilities and a guaranteed delivery date. Please note. A signature
will be required by the courier upon delivery.
Q4) Your Website states that we will
receive our tickets 3-5 working days prior to the match. Is it possible to
receive our tickets earlier?

As ticket brokers, Sold Out Entertainments LLC usually have our tickets in hand
from each event approximately 1 week prior to each event. Should we receive our
tickets prior to this we will of course send them out to you earlier. However
due to the very nature of this business, Sold Out Entertainments LLC do reserve
the right to provide you with your tickets at the venue on the day of the
event
Q5) Where can I have my tickets delivered
to?
A5)
Due to high levels of internet fraud, Sold Out Entertainments LLC are only able
to dispatch tickets to the registered card holders address. Please note that
Sold Out Entertainments LLC do reserve the right to request proof of the card
holders address prior to any tickets being dispatched. This would usually take
the form of a credit card statement.
Q6) I have received my tickets, but the
price I paid was a lot higher than the price printed on the ticket. Why is this?
A6)
Sold Out Entertainments LLC are ticket brokers. We obtain tickets on your behalf
for events which are usually sold out months in advance. The prices we charge
reflect the difficulty and time spent in obtaining these tickets. As an example
if you had 2 tickets for you and your loved one to go and see Manchester United
v Chelsea and they cost you £50.00 each and we called you and said "we
have a client who wants to go and see the match, would you sell your tickets for
£50.00 each?". You would probably say NO WAY! But if we called you and
offered you 100 pounds each, you may start to think about selling them to us. The
more you offer for a ticket the more likely you are to obtain the 'officially
sold out' ticket you want.
Q7) I can no longer make it to the event. Is
it possible to receive a refund?

All cancellations (If accepted) incur a minimum of a 50% cancellation fee. In
order to cancel your tickets, you will need to email us on cs@soldoutentertainments.com
stating your booking reference number, name and address, tickets ordered and the
reason for cancellation. We will then respond with our decision and if
applicable refund you within 28 days of receipt of your email.
Q8) Why do cancellations incur a minimum of
a 50% cancellation fees?

As we would of purchased these tickets on your behalf, we would of already made
a financial outlay. Due to the fact that our products are governed by the date
of each game, we cannot simply place the tickets back on sale indefinitely until
they are sold. Should you cancel your tickets and request a refund, there may
not always be time for us to resell the tickets before the event takes place.
Q9) The date/venue of the even has changed.
I cannot make the rearranged date/venue. Can I receive a refund?

As this is completely out of the control of Sold Out Entertainments LLC, we are
unable to offer refunds for date/venue alterations for any event. Should you
require we may be able to offer your tickets on a “try to sell” basis on our
website. Please note. Offering your tickets for sale on our website does not
guarantee that the tickets will be sold, or that they will sell for the same
price as you paid. The reason for this is due to the very volatile nature of the
secondary ticket market, with prices increasing and decreasing on a daily basis.
